How to use Da Dabba

Da Dabba is a marketplace platform connecting people with licensed kitchens cooking fresh, ready-to-eat meals — delivery and pickup, multi-cuisine.

    Access your profile

    Browser

    1. Open Da Dabba in your browser — Go to dadabba.pomofoods.com on any device — phone, tablet, or computer.
    2. Tap Sign in — Tap Sign in in the top corner.
    3. Log in with a magic link — Enter your email and tap Send Magic Link. Open the email we send you and tap the link — you'll be signed in automatically. No password needed.
    4. Or log in with Google — Prefer Google? On the same screen, tap Sign in with Google and pick your account.

    App

To sign in inside the installed app, use Sign in with Google. Most phones won't open magic links inside an installed PWA — the link opens in the browser instead, which signs you in there, not in the app.

    iPhone

    1. Open the site in Safari — Go to dadabba.pomofoods.com in Safari. Make sure you're in Safari itself, not an in-app browser.
    2. Tap the Share icon — Tap the Share icon at the bottom of Safari (the square with an up-arrow).
    3. Add to Home Screen — Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. The Da Dabba icon now lives on your home screen — tap it any time to open the app.

    Android

    1. Open the site in Chrome — Go to dadabba.pomofoods.com in Chrome.
    2. Open the menu — Tap the three-dot menu in the top right of Chrome.
    3. Install app — Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen), then tap Install. The Da Dabba icon now lives on your home screen — tap it any time to open the app.

    Download your menu & orders

    Orders

On your Orders page, every day can be saved as a printable PDF or an Excel spreadsheet — either as a per-customer packing slip or as a cooking list of totals to cook. Open the Orders page and tap a day to expand it: Today's Orders sits at the top, future days are under All Orders, and finished days are under Past & Delivered. Each day has two views with their own download buttons.

    By customer (packing slip)

The By customer view lists one block per customer, grouped by city and postal code — your packing and delivery sheet.

    1. Open a day and stay on By customer — Tap a day to expand it. The By customer view is already selected.
    2. Save as PDF — Tap the printer icon. Your device's print dialog opens — choose your printer to print on paper, or choose Save as PDF to keep it as a file.
    3. Download as Excel — Tap the spreadsheet icon next to the printer. An Excel file downloads with one row per dish, sorted by city and postal code — open it in Excel or Google Sheets to sort, filter, or keep it.

    Cooking list (totals)

The Inventory view rolls every order up into how much of each dish to cook — totals, not per customer.

    1. Switch to the Inventory view — With a day expanded, tap Inventory.
    2. Choose Combos or By dish — Use the Combos / By dish toggle. Combos keeps a meal under its combo name; By dish breaks each meal into its component dishes and adds them up with any standalone orders of the same dish.
    3. Save as PDF or Excel — Tap the printer icon for a one-page cooking sheet (choose Save as PDF in the print dialog), or the spreadsheet icon to download an Excel file showing each dish, the total quantity, and the customer breakdown.

    Menu

Save your menu for any date range as a PDF — handy for sharing what you're cooking or posting it.

    1. Open your Calendar page — Go to your kitchen Calendar.
    2. Tap the printer icon — Tap the printer icon at the top of the calendar to open the Print Menu dialog.
    3. Choose a date range — Pick a From and To date for the menu you want, then tap Print.
    4. Save it as a PDF — In your device's print dialog, choose your printer to print on paper, or choose Save as PDF to keep it as a file.

    Add money to your wallet

    Browser

Your wallet is the cheapest way to pay — there's no per-order card fee. You top it up once with your card, then orders come straight out of your balance. The minimum top-up is $20.

    1. Open your Wallet page — Sign in, then go to your Wallet from the menu. You'll see your current balance at the top.
    2. Choose how much to add — Under Top Up via Card, tap one of the quick amounts ($50, $75, $100, $200) or type your own amount. The minimum is $20.
    3. Tap Pay with Card — Tap Pay with Card. You'll be taken to a secure payment page to enter your card details.
    4. Confirm and return — Once your payment goes through, you'll come back to your Wallet and your new balance will be ready to use. You'll also get a confirmation email.
